to your physical activity such as running, walking, cycling, etc... has

music is known as "synchronous music". Tempony SR can turn
your iTunes collection into true synchronous music and even analyzes
your iTunes music tempos for you.
While other apps merely pick songs out of iTunes that are close to your
target cadence(and probably not truly synchronous), Tempony actually
applies sophisticated tempo shifting
to the actual songs themselves so they match the target speed set by
you.
Tempony also combines a next-generation pedometer based on frequency
analysis to help you define and stay in a target cadence "zone".
While most pedometers are based on antiquated techniques used
by low power footpods and the like, Tempony harnesses the real
computing power of the iPhone to analyze your "rhythm" over time to
determine your cadence. Tempony can use its pedometer
together with
its tempo shifter to gradually adjust your music tempo and help you
find an "optimal" cadence. Remember, everyone is different,
and science is once again showing that everyone
has a unique ideal cadence.
Last,
but far from least, the "SR" in Tempony SR stands for "Speech
Recognition". That's right, control the most common playback
features using speech recognition for a truly "hands-free" experience.
