Current YOM tools interact only with content you provide. As
such, any new media created as a result of using our tools remains
totally your posession and your responsibility in terms of ownership
and copyright.
In the near future, YOM will provide additional tools that will merge
your media with some that we provide. Nothing changes,
though, as far as your rights and responsibilities are concerned.
In keeping with our philosophy, we lay no claim on these
derivative works.
The only
clear no-no as far as we're concerned is extracting any content that we
explicitly provide in our tools(audio, video, images, etc...) and then
repackaging or redistributing it for profit. The closest
analogy is royalty-free audio/video samples. You're free to
use the samples in your own projects, but you may not simply repackage
the samples and resell them.
